Tiquam - Vessel
Tiquam combines the ISM-Manual and the completed check-list database in one interface. Completed check-lists are delivered to the shipping company together with the monthly reports.
Like an internet browser, Tiquam has a process function and the ability to link documents. A full-text search is also integrated and the system supports external documents of various formats, including PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and more. All documents and completed check-lists will always be saved in encrypted form and cannot be tampered with.
Circular letter
The International Safety Management (ISM) protocols can be seen as a steadily growing challenge to navigation, with safety regulations and requirements changing over shorter and shorter time periods.
For this reason, it is important to stay up-to-date. Using CODie TIQUAM, circular letters are received by vessels as updates from the shipping line and included into the programme using an ‘update import’ tool. In this way, every vessel stays fully informed of any changes, and the circular letters are both orderly and safely archived.
For easier handling, the programme helps you to filter and browse circular letters. To protect your legal security, the crew is not able to delete circular letters.
Tiquam - Company
The Tiquam company version accompanies a document from the writing of the actual text up to the definition of the new release number and the handling of the document at its destination.
Update Management: Company Version
Manual updates for individual ships or groups of ships can be provided using the Tiquam ‘export manager’. Tiquam supports differential updates, which contain only changed documents. An update is an individual file that can be sent to ships by data media or email.
