Data exchange
The exchange of the data between vessel and shipping company can take place on arbitrary data media or also by E-Mail.
The size of the "Monthly Report" does not exceed the average of the 500 KB limit. These reports always contain the complete ship data (maintenance plan, jobs, documents, ISM check lists etc.)
