The process begins with the creation of an order list aboard a vessel, and extends to monitoring the invoice and delivery of goods by the shipping company’s purchase department.

Orders can be gradually compiled using an article list. Only after completion is the order actually dispatched.
Once the order is received by the vessel, the responsible crew member informs the company about the delivery status of the order.

Transmitted data is sent with an MD5 checksum which reveals any order manipulation. Corrupted information is filtered out, making it impossible to modify or send ShipShop mails manually.
